Theory and Design of Small Induction Motors was originally published in 1959 by McGraw-Hill Book Company and is currently out of print. The author, Cyril Veinott, has reproduced this book himself for resale. It is the only book written in the English language with such informative contents on Induction Motors.

Chapters include study questions and problems, to test how well the engineer grasped the material presented and to give him an opportunity to use the principles he has learned.

Part I treats engineering principles and characteristics in a non-mathematical and descriptive fashion.

Part II takes up theory and performance calculation methods for both polyphase and single-phase motors.

Part III covers evaluation of the basic motor constants
